About the Event

London is well-established as a best in class food-to-go market, and  as such is a perennial favourite within our European safari programme. We're now seeing a new wave of development taking that further. 

Think of this one day safari as a workshop around innovation and inspiration across the food-to-go sector, using best-in-class concepts as the backdrop for this discussion and development. We'll be sharing our insights around the market and operators through the day, and we'll visit a range of different concepts that we regard as leading the way in the broader food-to-go sector. You'll also get to hear first hand insights from some of those behind the concepts, and of course, we're with you to answer any questions throughout the day.
