About the Event
Join us to explore the new London food-to-go landscape, in a one day session designed to bring you up to speed with the latest trends, concepts and innovation across food-to-go. Here we'll focus on visiting and exploring newer and emerging operators, which will each help to shape the forward looking view of what the future of food-to-go could look like, both in London and more widely.
The session will be led by Gavin, an expert in global food-to-go and retail insights, with over 20 years experience in this area. Our one day sessions are led by insight, meaning you take away an up to date view of the opportunities, ready to integrate these into your business strategy.
Our days start with a presentation around the broader food-to-go market - we'll then dig deeper into the concepts themselves, giving you the chance to understand not just the what but also the how and the why. After the visits, we'll then wrap up the day with key takeouts, giving you actionable insights to take away.
